CA152 is a USB to 3.5mm audio and microphone adapter that turns your 3.5mm headphones into USB interface. The headphone jack is compatible with both TRS (three-conductor) plug headset and TRRS (four-conductor) plug headset with mic. Microphone jack is compatible TRS (three-conductor) plug microphone.
Not only for PC headphones with separate audio and microphone plugs, it's also compatible with single TRRS plug mobile headset with both listening and talking support.
With built-in smart conversion chip, the headphones jack is able to automatically detect TRS or TRRS headset, the integrated mic will be enabled when a TRRS headset is plugged in, so you can also listen and talk when using a single cable headset with mic.

Important Notes:
- The microphone port on the adapter will be disabled when a TRRS headset with integrated microphone is plugged in, and the microphone on the TRRS headset is activated.
- Does not work with PS3, TV, Amplifier, Car, Xbox One. (The USB port on those devices do not carry audio signal)
- Support CTIA standard TRRS headset only, legacy OMTP standard headset is not supported
- No in-line control when using mobile headset, doesn't support Pause, Play, Volume Up and Volume Down controls
